Sadly, after six years the developers got all they asked for and more and they have plowed ahead with their plan, ruined this historical property, emptied the lake, tore down historical buildings and fixtures and begun construction of 250 unit senior living facility, 78 townhomes and 32 Carriage homes.

Aren't houses better than The Villa?

We have no opinion on whether The Villa is a desirable part of the community or not.  The fact is that their lease is ending and they are leaving.  But we believe a large housing complex is not the only option, and we have a better plan.
