UD Township Commissioners Meeting

St. Mary's

On Tuesday, August 14th, the Board of Commissioners will be discussing the Mattison Estate, particularly who will be responsible for preserving the castle and other historic assets. The site's developer has attempted to back out of maintaining the properties historic assets. The Board voted unanimously to oppose this proposal. I remained very concerned about the developer's plans and will be vigilant in opposing efforts to back out of agreed to provisions, which allowed for the site's density. - Per Commissioner Ferry's Newsletter
