The developers will be presenting their new plans to the planning commissioners, who will then write a recommendation for the commissioners. This is a very important step in the development process!!
This is an opportunity for us to let the commissioners know that we DO NOT agree to the plan!

Our next meeting will be 7:30 PM on June 8, 2015 at the Clifton House in Fort Washington. The Clifton house is located on Bethlehem Pike south of the Train station. All are welcome!

On Nov. 11, 2014, the Upper Dublin Board of Commissioners approved the zoning change for Lindenwold Estate although the planning commission voted not to recommend approval.
We have heard that the developers have filed their proposed zoning amendment change. It is available on the Upper Dublin website, or you can read the proposed zoning amendment change here.
